We are looking for a strong administrator to assist in one of our departments. Someone from a strong PA or Admin/ office Manager background who enjoys organising and managing our busy teams time. You will be very advanced in WORD, EXCEL & any other microsoft applications

Key responsibilities:
Organising and maintaining filing systems
Creating and organising excel docments and providing key reports and information for your teams
Creating any paperwork for the department
Dealing with all day to day administration for the department
Liaising with other departments functions on behalf of this department as required
Filing and data management
Taking minutes and creating action plan notes from meetings
This role is purely for an excellent adminsitrator who enjoys organising and co-ordinating.
