We are currently recruiting for a Designer Ladies Assistant Manager to help manage our ladies luxury footwear department within Selfridges. Currently operating the majority of the luxury footwear business within this high profile department store, Kurt Geiger stocks approximately 30 exclusive fashion brands. Your role will involve managing an experienced team in a high turnover department by driving sales and customer service initiatives, motivating and developing your team, ensuring retail standards are optimised and the department is managed to the highest level.
The successful individual must come from a luxury fashion environment and have a proven track record of success in driving business performance through people. You will also posses excellent communication and leadership skills along with the highest levels of customer service and retail standards.
