This person will be either new to the career market - i.e. their first role out of education or someone who is looking for the next Admin role in their career.
 
They will be working with and for the E Commerce team, their main duties will include;
 
Clearing and checking on hold orders
Liasing with customers and checking details
Dealing with charge backs
Monitoring fraud and mis-use
Handling telephone payments, credit checks and chasing data
Reducing fradulant transactions and assisting with new ways or working
Managing phone orders
 
This role will be a temp to permenant role based on the individuals success and business needs.
 
We ideally are looking for someone who loves shoes and fashion and has an eye for detail. You must also demonstrate strong accuracy skills and be able to demonstrate a clear and confident telephone manner.
