·         To produce accurate and timely information to their Wholesale, Franchise and Licensing accounts.

·         To provide administrative support for the Account Manager

 

MAIN AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

 

  • Updating stakeholders on progress of stock from order placement to delivery.
  • Management of shipping paperwork, invoices, packing notes, cert's of origin etc
  • Co-Ordination of Letter of Credit Information
  • Interfacing with Freight Forwarders
  • Import/Export Compliance
  • IPR Compliance
  • Terms and Conditions Compliance
  • Monitoring of Returns
  • Co-Ordination of Ticket Requests
  • Liaising with Warehouse on order call off / stock control
To liaise, where appropriate, with other areas of the business on issues that are relevant to their role
