· To produce accurate and timely information to their Wholesale, Franchise and Licensing accounts.
· To provide administrative support for the Account Manager
MAIN AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
- Updating stakeholders on progress of stock from order placement to delivery.
- Management of shipping paperwork, invoices, packing notes, cert's of origin etc
- Co-Ordination of Letter of Credit Information
- Interfacing with Freight Forwarders
- Import/Export Compliance
- IPR Compliance
- Terms and Conditions Compliance
- Monitoring of Returns
- Co-Ordination of Ticket Requests
- Liaising with Warehouse on order call off / stock control
