· To produce accurate and timely information to their Wholesale, Franchise and Licensing accounts.

· To provide administrative support for the Account Manager

MAIN AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Updating stakeholders on progress of stock from order placement to delivery.
Management of shipping paperwork, invoices, packing notes, cert's of origin etc
Co-Ordination of Letter of Credit Information
Interfacing with Freight Forwarders
Import/Export Compliance
IPR Compliance
Terms and Conditions Compliance
Monitoring of Returns
Co-Ordination of Ticket Requests
Liaising with Warehouse on order call off / stock control

To liaise, where appropriate, with other areas of the business on issues that are relevant to their role
