We now have a very exciting opportunity for a Dual Site Manager to look after our Topman/Topshop business. This role will require someone with a proven track record in retail management -preferably in a fashion or footwear business.
Your key role will be to manage and delegate two teams on two floors. You will have Supervisors on each concession but you will be responsible for the overall P & L, KPI's, Staff control, People Management and liasion with the host store.
This is our flagship Topshop venture and we are very excited about being partners with them and therefore we are looking for someone exceptional to join us and manage this relationship.

The successful individual will come from a footwear or fashion environment and have a track record of success in driving business performance through people. Do you have previous retail management experience obtained within a footwear or fashion retailer? Do you also have:
