We only offer free returns to deliveries despatched to a UK postal address. We include a Freepost label with all our deliveries. Simply attached the label to your parcel and take to your nearest post office. There is no need to contact us when posting a return. You will receive an email when your return is processed. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to reach your bank account.

Yes, you can redeem your gift card balance online at kurtgeiger.com. You can check your gift card balance during the check out process or register your gift card to your account by clicking here

Your gift card is valid for 24 months from purchase and will be forfeit if not used in that time frame.

Kurt Geiger gift cards can only be redeemed online at kurtgeiger.com or in a Kurt Geiger store in the UK including airport stores. Kurt Geiger gift cards cannot be used in a Kurt Geiger concession.

Yes – refunds are always done to the payment method used for the original transaction.
