Deliveries
Kurt Geiger delivers goods by DPD UK (www.dpd.co.uk). When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel. The carrier will try 2 times to deliver your parcel after 2 attempts the parcel will be returned to us.

Returns procedure
Please note: we are NOT able to accept returned online orders in any of our high street or concession stores.

From the date goods are received, we offer a 14-day return period for unworn purchases. Customers must keep their despatch note as proof of purchase.

There is no need to telephone us when sending a return. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Attach the sticky label provided on the despatch note/invoice to the parcel. If you no longer have this then please send the parcel to:

Kurt Geiger Ltd, DSV Ltd, Haldens Parkway, Thrapston, Kettering NN14 4QS.

Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery, and to always retain your proof of postage. Goods are returned to Kurt Geiger at your own expense. Please be aware that our warehouse is only authorised to accept deliveries from official postal services, unfortunately we are not able to accept hand delivered returns directly at the warehouse address.

We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. Please note that if you require a refund on a product bought for you as a gift this can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to exchange an item, we cannot stop the payer knowing.

Does Kurt Geiger ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer this option. Each order can only be despatched in full to the delivery address you selected when you ordered the goods.

Which countries do you deliver to?
Currently we only deliver to the UK (including Northern Ireland) and Ireland.
For deliveries to the Channel Islands please select the country reference Channel Island not Great Britain against your delivery address.
For deliveries to Ireland please select the country reference Ireland against your delivery address.
We are not able to offer international deliveries except those listed above and would like to apologise for any disappointment this might cause.
