Q: Will you be getting any more in?

A:
Unfortunately some items will be out of stock or be removed from the site altogether if discontinued. Please be advised that our customer relations team can try and locate a shoe in one of our stores and arrange delivery for you. Q: I need more information about a product.

A:

We include as much information as possible about a product on the product page itself. Usually, more detailed information like product sizing and materials should be found by using the more information link on the product detail page. If you need more detailed information, please contact our customer relations quoting the product name, colour and brand.

Q: I saw this item in an advert but cannot find it on your site.

A:

This means that the product is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued. We often take repeat deliveries of popular products and occasionally customers will return items to us that do not fit. We would advise you to keep checking the site to see if your desired item becomes available again.

Q: The product I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?

A:
Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.

Q: Can you tell me where else I can buy this product?

Deliveries


Q: Which courier company do you use?

A:
We use Parcelforce for deliveries within the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Q: Can you leave the delivery at an agreed hiding place?

A:
All orders require a signature and will not be left without one. If there is no one at the address the courier might ask a neighbour to sign for the goods and leave a card at your address explaining where the parcel is.

Q: Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

A:
Yes, we do deliver to BFPO addresses.

Q: Do I have to pay import charges?

A:
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Q: Do you deliver to my country?

A:

Currently we only deliver to the UK (including Northern Ireland) and Ireland.

For deliveries to the Channel Islands please simply add your post code to the delivery address details on the checkout page and select your address from the drop down list.

For deliveries to Ireland again please add your post code to the delivery address details on the checkout page and select your address from the drop down list.

Q: Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

A:
Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up orders from our warehouse.

Q: How much will I be charged?

A:

Please note that currently we are only able to despatch goods to the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Channel Islands.

We only accept payment by credit card, charge card or debit card on the internet. Please note we do not accept the following payment methods:

Q: What is verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode?

A:

Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode are new services that protect your card details with a personal password, designed by the card issuing banks especially for customers who shop online to give added security. They allow you to create your own password, which only you know, to use every time you shop online using these cards.

Q: How does verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode work?

A:

You need to register your card with a password. You only need to do this once, then whenever you use the card to shop online you will be asked to enter the password when you check out.

Q: What do I need to do to register for Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode?

If you would like to register your card of your own accord, rather than as part of the www.kurtgeiger.com payment process, you will need to contact the bank that has issued your credit or debit card.

Q: Is it safe to order online?

A:
We utilise industry-standard secure sockets layer (ssl) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. This technology includes the following features:
  • Authentication - this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure.
  • Encryption - this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.
  • Data integrity - this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered.

Q: Do you sell gift vouchers?

A:
Unfortunately we do not currently sell gift vouchers.

 

Technical problems


Q: My email address/password is not recognised.

A:
  • Maybe you registered with another email address? It is often the case that people forget which email address they used to register with us. You must use the exact email address and password combination with which you first registered in order to log back in to the site.
  • Maybe you have forgotten your password? If so we can send you a new password to the email address you registered with. You need to select the my account link on the bottom navigation bar and select the forgotten password link on the right hand side of the screen underneath the "I have shopped with Kurt Geiger" login area.

Q: Other technical problems.

A:
  • In order to have the optimum experience on our website we recommend that you download the latest Adobe Flash player from www.adobe.com.

  • It is also advisable to ensure that you have the latest updates and service packs installed for your PC or MAC.
