1. Applications for the free tickets must be submitted via the published telephone line and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, inaudible or incomplete applications will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost applications and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Applicants will be drawn on a first come first served basis and should be received by midnight, March 23, 2008. The successful applicants’ names and counties can be obtained by sending an SAE to Kurt Geiger reader evening, Telegraph Promotions Department, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between March 24 and April 23, 2008.

2. The successful applicants will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw.

3. Each successful applicant will receive a ticket admitting two people to one of the advertised Kurt Geiger evenings. Upon application, the reader must select the store they would like to attend. The ticket will only be valid on the specified day and at the applicant’s selected store. Each applicant will be eligible to claim a 20 per cent discount on full priced items purchased on the specified evening.

4. The tickets are subject to availability, nontransferable and there are no cash alternatives.

5. Events may occur that render the promotion itself or the awarding of the tickets impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the applicant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

6. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the reader event.
